Writting is hard

I know I haven’t been writing my weekly updates for the past few weeks, but I promise I have been working on some cool stuff! I recently went down a rabbit hole on microcontrollers and PCBs. I have been learning how to use KiCAD and how to make my own designs! This kinda ties together with me learning Rust, since I want to use it to create a custom LED panel that I can control, but that’s a story for later.

I will try to push more stuff in the coming weeks. I have some stuff planned and hopefully will be able to post on time :D

I FIXED THE AC!

So…

The redneck engineering failed me not even a day after I implemented it. After that failed, I still didn’t want to print something for it and used some foam I had lying around. That worked for a week or so, but in the end, it also gave up 😭.

Thankfully, I got a new printer nozzle and was able to print an adapter for the adapter (inception moment lol). It has been running for 3 days straight with no signs of failing, so I guess I did it!

Pride Month!

It’s Pride Month!!!!!

Personally, I am a mix of worried and happy. Happy cuz it’s the month of visibility for the LGBTQ+ community, my community, and I get to see cool stuff like parades and other queer events happening! I am only slightly worried about it cuz, while I am in a safe country, the big push from the USA administration for anti-queer laws really worries me about the future and my safety. Hopefully, stuff will sort itself out soon.
